Domaine de Cascaret (aka Domaine des Pavots) near Carcassonne in the south of France is a luxury estate - 3 hectares in area and sits on a hilltop with commanding views of the Pyrenees foothills to the south and the huge valley bordered by the Montagne Noir (Black Mountains) to the north.
